NAVETTA 33 TOP AWARD AT THE SHOWBOATS INTERNATIONAL AWARDS 2009

Navetta 33, flagship of Ferretti Custom Line semi-displacement line, won the important Showboats International Award in the category “Best New Motor Yacht Series Under 40 Meters”.

The Award – in its 19th year – draws its heritage from the editorial experience of Showboats International, an American magazine for the international nautical sector, especially for super yachts. The connection between every yacht selected by the magazine is the excellent balance between design and execution, that composes nautical architecture and shipyard manufacture.

Yachts delivered in 2008 are taken in consideration by the Jury comprising Showboats International editors, where the Navetta 33 distinguished herself for her perfect balance of style and elegance.

The Navetta 33 is a direct result of the influence and nautical experience of Chairman, Norberto Ferretti, who inspired and supervised the project from the very beginning, and the cooperation between Studio Zuccon International Project and AYT – Advanced Yacht Technology of Ferretti Group.  The Navetta 33 offers a new concept of onboard life, with generous spaces, natural light and high levels of comfort.

The “Navetta” classic external lines integrate harmoniously with the contemporary feel of the interiors. The natural light flooding through the extensive windows illuminates the ample spaces offered over three decks, from the salon to the master cabin and large sky lounge. During the Gala Dinner Awards Ceremony, held at Hilton Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, the prestigious award for “Best New Motor Yacht Series Under 40 Meters Award” was handed over to Norberto Ferretti, Chairman and founder of the Group as well as Owner of “Ziacanaia”, first hull of Navetta 33.
