Nothing is more important to Ventura than your complete satisfaction and anyone who chooses a Ferretti Group yacht relies on superior manufacturing quality and superb after-sales assistance, service and benefits.

For this reason, over 100 Ferretti Group Service Points are available, in over 35 countries worldwide and they do not just provide technical assistance. They are complete service centres and each has one or more areas of specific technical competence and expertise.

This extensive network, a guarantee of security and convenience for all owners, works in co-operation with a spare parts service comprising of over 5,000 items available at all times.

It is above all during the summer months that the Ferretti Group Customer Care service reveals its exceptional quality. An emergency service, in operation from May to September, ensures the provision of assistance and useful information by telephone, every day including weekends and public holidays.

In addition to After-Sales and Service being of paramount importance to us, and our clients, the Ferretti Group have initiated a full two year service schedule to coincide with their warranty program. Any new Ferretti Group motor yacht purchased from their appointed dealer network will benefit from the following FREE Service Schedule:-

* 6 months after delivery
* 12 months after delivery
* 24 months after delivery
